Welcome to CEO Boss Enterprise!

Hello and welcome to my website. I am  Rosa Bailey, a wife, a mom, a women, a friend, an entrepreneur, and author, just to name a few. I am owner, founder, and CEO of CEO Boss Enterprise,  Beatrice Publishing House, and CEO Boss Accessories-Independent Jewelry  Consultant.  I have self-published a poetry book, journal and an e-book and can help you to do the same!

Pictured to the left with me are my three sons, aka my Three Heartbeats, at my book launch event. The greatest roles of my life has been a mother and grandmother, the second is being an entrepreneur since the age of nine!

About Me and My Background
​
I started my Entrepreneurial Journey at age 9 as a Girl Scouts selling Cookies. I then ventured as an Entrepreneur at age 11 as a Hartford Times Girl delivering newspaper at the defunct Afternoon Edition Newspaper.  Not afraid of hard work, I also shoveled snow for her elderly neighbor across the Street and provided daycare service for single working mothers. At age young age of 12,  I even organized a neighborhood block party.

​I loved to read and write since age I was eight years old, and making the library my favorite place to visit and have over 300 books in my personal library. First Read is a Literary Program that I established to foster and encourage reading at a young age. I am a Professional Storyteller and my goal is to read 150 Books to the Youth in 2023.  I am an author of ”Straight from the Heart - Conversational Poetry - Just for You, which is an eclectic collection of poetry that is coming from the heart of a woman on her journey of healing of low self-esteem and brokenness.” I named my publishing company Beatrice Publishing House after my beloved mother, who inspired me with the love of reading and writing.

​CEO Boss Enterprise is a Full-service Training and Development Center for Young Entrepreneurs focusing on Communication and Leadership. The goal is to develop and train 60 Young Entrepreneurs in 2023. My motto: "For those who say it can't be done, stop interrupting those who are doing it."
