My confidence has been elevated through collaboration and networking at the facility. They have allowed me to host some amazing events and to also be a vendor at their sponsored Popup Market at the facility.

My STORY: “More than $5 Jewelry”

When vending at my local Mall, I sold three of these necklaces to three teenagers aged 13, 14, & 15 years old. They were not all together. The 13 year was there with her parents & two sisters. The 14 year old was there celebrating her birthday with her friends.

Then I let her pick out a gift for herself. To my surprise it was a Fashion Fix Bracelet from the Fiercely 5th Avenue Collection. The Rose Gold & Peach. The 15 year old was simply hanging out with friends. They were intentional in buying an item for their Mother and not for themselves.

It was a Labor of Love to sell beautiful affordable jewelry to teenagers. Know that I am selling more than jewelry. I am providing a service and creating a memory.

CEO Business Enterprise will host Youngpreneurs Business Academy taking place at The 224 Ecospace, 224 Farmington Avenue, Hartford, CT as a Saturday Academy. The dates are: March 9th-April 20th, 2024 No Class on March 30th.

CEO Business Enterprise is a training & development center that focuses on leadership and communication for Youth & Young Adult Entrepreneurs. Our organization is founded on 3 Pilar’s which are Educate..Encourage..Empower..

This epic academy is a six week program for Youth & Young Adult Entrepreneurs. We are expecting 25 students ages 12-21 years old to be enrolled from Connecticut and Massachusetts. The purpose of the event is to have a safe space to learn, innovate and network. The event will be held at The 224 Ecospace which is 30,000 sq ft. Business Center. The entire event will be in the Innovation Room designed for this Business Academy.

We have amazing and awesome Youth and Youth Adult Entrepreneurs who are talented and creative. They have a mindset for success. This program is designed to give them necessary tools to support their creative business endeavors.

The power of Youth and Young Adult Entrepreneurs are the commonwealth for the entire world. No segment in our society can match with their pose, idealism, enthusiasm and courage. Let us support them on their journey to greatness and success.

​​CEO Business Enterprise hosted it's first annual Youngpreneurs Business Symposium at The 224 Ecospace, 224 Farmington Avenue, Hartford, CT on Saturday, November 11, 2023 from 11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m., which featured Keynote Speaker, Joe Young, President of Joe Young Entertainment. He is an award-winning cartoonist, filmmaker, writer and artistic teacher.

This epic event showcased Youth & Young Adult Entrepreneurs and its purpose was having a safe space to collaborate, network, and mingle. The 224 Ecospace venue with 30,000 sq ft business center was filled with over a hundred guests from CT, MA, NJ, & NC,  with the goal to celebrate and enjoy the youth and their business endeavors and also provide the opportunity for them to brand themselves and their business.

Our four Business Session Speakers, Eugene Thomas, Rev. Buster Jenkins, Merson Narcisse, Malik Champlain spoke to the audience to educate, encourage and inspire. The sessions entitled “Focus on your Purpose”, “Focus on the Leader within”, Focus on your Branding and “Focus on your Finances” were informative, and everyone was invigorated and inspired.

Music played by Qarun Nixon aka DJ Q-Dogg, 17 year old High School student was relevant, fun, engaging, and kept the crowd upbeat.

The event honored Patricia “Pat” Adams, Entrepreneur & Community Advocate with a Legendary Award and Leonard Underwood, Entrepreneur & Professor with the Trailblazer Award.

These  youth and Youth Adult Entrepreneurs are talented and creative and have a mindset for success, which was witnessed in real-time.

I want to take this time to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped to make The Business Mixer on June 13, 2023 a huge season. It was a thought then an idea that became an amazing event. Thanks be to God who always causes me to triumph in Christ Jesus.

First I want to thank my awesome team that consist of Dee Gee, Kim Upshaw and Jamar Bailey. They are amazing, committed & diligent to our cause. All three of them are Executives and Entrepreneurs. So I appreciate the time and effort that they displayed to make the event a success.
